I haven’t posted in a while because I recently had a worrying health scare. I have a long overdue gratitude list / things I love…
♥ Watching minimalism vlogs on Youtube.
♥ Reading good books. I’ve just finished a book called “Sleep Tight” written by Rachel Abbott. It was bloody brilliant as I love crime / thrillers.
♥ The love and the support I have received from my amazing boyfriend, friends and family through a worrying and stressful time.
♥ My lovely work colleagues who always know how to make me laugh and smile.
♥ The couple of days I spent in Suffolk with my boyfriend and family.
♥ My pink Himalayan salt lamp – It’s awesome! My boyfriend doesn’t believe in the science behind it as he’s a scientist however I love the soft warm glow it gives. I seem to sleep better anyway!
♥ Early nights… SLEEP.
♥ I really appreciate the rain at the moment. The sound and smell of it particularly.
♥ Tuning into my spiritual side and learning about the law of the universe, cosmic ordering, tarot and other wonderful stuff.
I am really looking forward to the cold crisp mornings of Autumn. We are currently experiencing a heatwave in the UK and I dislike really hot weather unless I’m able to cool down in a pool / the ocean. I loved Autumn and Winter last year – it was all a but magical and I can’t wait for Christmas this year. I usually come out of my shell in Autumn and I fully become me if that makes sense? I love that when it’s cold I can wrap up warm and snuggly.
