Watching minimalism vlogs on Youtube.

Reading good books. I’ve just finished a book called “Sleep Tight” written by Rachel Abbott. It was bloody brilliant as I love crime / thrillers.

The love and the support I have received from my amazing boyfriend, friends and family through a worrying and stressful time.

My lovely work colleagues who always know how to make me laugh and smile.

The couple of days I spent in Suffolk with my boyfriend and family.

My pink Himalayan salt lamp – It’s awesome! My boyfriend doesn’t believe in the science behind it as he’s a scientist however I love the soft warm glow it gives. I seem to sleep better anyway!

Early nights… SLEEP.

I really appreciate the rain at the moment. The sound and smell of it particularly.

Tuning into my spiritual side and learning about the law of the universe, cosmic ordering, tarot and other wonderful stuff.

I am really looking forward to the cold crisp mornings of Autumn. We are currently experiencing a heatwave in the UK and I dislike really hot weather unless I’m able to cool down in a pool / the ocean. I loved Autumn and Winter last year – it was all a but magical and I can’t wait for Christmas this year. I usually come out of my shell in Autumn and I fully become me if that makes sense? I love that when it’s cold I can wrap up warm and snuggly.
